Event Description

If you head to St. Mary’s Park on June 30th, from 7-8 pm, you can learn how to break dance with the hip hop dance troupe Full Circle. After breaking out a sweat, sit back, and enjoy a night of performances from some of dance’s brightest luminaries. Genres span hip-hop, Latin, contemporary, salsa, bachata, bruk up and Angola club.  Participants include the Legendary House of Ninja, whose founder invented the “Vogue” style of dance; KR3TS, a Spanish Harlem-based dance organization; and Milteri Tucker, premier lead dancer of the Puerto Rican Folkloric dance company, Danza Fiesta, member of Maria Torres’ dance company, and founder of the BOMBAZO Dance Co.
