Yo Solo Festival celebrates and gathers solo works of arts by Latin artists in both visual arts and performance.
On the Theatre side, presented in collaboration with Chicago’s Collaboraction & Teatro Vista, performers Rey Andújar, Sandra Delgado, KJ Sanchez, Lisandra Tena, Juan Francisco Villa & Febronio Zatarin bring their personal experiences to the stage. There are three programs that rotate for three days:
Program A = La Risa de Dios by Febronio Zatarain + Guera by Lisandra Tena
Program B = Highway 47 by KJ Sanchez + para Graciela by Sandra Delgado
Program C = Empanada for a Dream by Juan Villa + Antipoda by Rey Andujar

Saturday, July 28, 1 pm (Program B); 4:30 pm (Program C); 8pm (Program A)

The companion art exhibition that will be on display on Friday from 6 p.m. to 9pm features works by Chicagoland visual artists Alberto Aguilar,Paola Cabal, Maria Gaspar, Jorge Lucero and Josué Pellot.
