Keep it funky every second and fourth Friday of every month at Subterranean, with one of Chicago’s most lively DJ duos: DJ Chavez and Shannon Harris.

DJ Chavez (aka David Chavez) is a native of Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. His sound is a mix of pan Latin beats and remixes drawing heavily on traditional influences with electronic elements. As a resident of bars such as ñ, one of Chicago’s hippest lounges, DJ
