The Chicago Cultural Center welcomes Polaridad Complementaria, a traveling art exhibit curated by Centro de Arte Contemporáneo Wifredo Lam in Havana. The collection features the works of 27 emerging Cuban artists—among them René Peña, Abel Barroso, Aimeé García, Yoan Capote, Roberto Fabelo, Luis Cabrera and Angel Ramírez—many of which have garnered international recognition. Gaze up on more than 50 pieces in various mediums, including paintings, sculptures, photographs, videos and art installations that capture the essence of Cuban art today.
